Buta Biberaj

Buta Biberaj is an experienced lawyer with an extensive background in litigation and a strong commitment to justice. She graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1993, after receiving her Bachelors in Education from George Mason University in 1987. Buta has served as a substitute judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Virginia from 2006 to 2017 and as the President of the Loudoun County Bar Association in 2015, contributing her expertise to the judicial system.

Her professional journey includes notable partnerships in the law firms Biberaj & O'Reilly, Biberaj O'Reilly & Broderick, Biberaj & Snow, and most recently Biberaj Snow & Sinclair where she honed her skills and collaborated with esteemed colleagues. Recognized for her legal prowess, Buta holds a superb rating by AVVO, and The National Trial Lawyers certified her as a Top 100 Trial Lawyers. These and other honors as a testament to her excellence as a zealous advocate for her clients.

In 2020, Buta Biberaj took on the role of Commonwealth's Attorney for Loudoun County, serving the community with distinction until 2023. During her tenure, she demonstrated a firm belief that the legal system should be a true servant of the people, working tirelessly to ensure justice for all.
